Bushell Raven is committed to providing training and career development to ensure that all staff reach their full potential. The quality of it’s people is the foundation of it’s success.

Each employee has an agreed individual training plan that is reviewed regularly. Training is provided by in-house workshops and external training providers.

Bushell Raven has a structured training scheme approved by the RICS and all surveyors are required to undertake Continuing Professional Development in accordance with RICS requirements.

All new staff receive a thorough induction so as to be competent in their knowledge of Bushell Raven’s systems and all surveyors are trained to CSCS management level in site health and safety.
