Gary Bushell - Managing Director
Gary was born, educated and trained in Northampton and worked for local and national contractors for 9 years before setting up as a sole quantity surveying practitioner in 1983. Founded Bushell Raven in 1986. Qualified in 1978 and elevated to FRICS in 1990. Gary is managing director of the firm and runs the Lake District offices. Acts as quantity surveyor for personal clients and is an expert witness on quantity surveying matters.

Carl Raven - Director
Carl was born and educated in Northamptonshire, graduated with BSc (Hons) from Salford University in 1981, and qualified RICS in 1985. Worked in local authority and private practice for 6 years before joining Bushell Raven as associate in 1987. Carl looks after personal and business clients and runs the Midlands office.
