Particular experience in procurement, construction contracts, pre-contract documentation, contractor’s estimating, post-contract documentation and management, preparation of final accounts and construction claims.
Has acted as party appointed expert on quantity surveying issues for claimants and defendants on a number of disputes. Oral evidence given in court, arbitration, adjudication and mediation proceedings. |
